"Hotel was lovely and staff excellent. Room was very clean - just a problem with toilet flush in room 113. Stay had been booked for my wifes special birthday and was only marred by the constant yapping of a dog during breakfast and seeing a lady chop up a sausage and put it on a plate on the floor ..."

"Staff were very friendly during our stay. Stayed in twin bedroom. One bed was nice and soft , other you could feel the springs . The room could have been cleaner , ie dusty. We noticed sockets behind our pillows, maybe the layout had been moved around ?? One socket was completely broken 😕."

"Excellent value and slightly quirky, as always with Best Western. A good range of fresh pub food, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Nice to have a swimming pool included at this price. I'll be back."
