“The Expedia booking details stated, ‘breakfast included’ but on arrival it didn’t. Very disappointed!”

“We loved staying here between our visit to Oxford and Bath. The house was very comfortable and gave us the feel for the Cotswolds even though we only stayed one night. The breakfast was delicious and the hostess was hospitable. The price of our May stay was extremely affordable and we feel we got our money’s worth by far. We just loved this place!!”

“This is a very nice property above a nice pub in a quiet town. We enjoyed our stay and also the dinner was very good at the pub. We were cooked full English the next morning which we really enjoyed. Thank you for welcoming us to the property.”

“It's a great place to stay in the charming town of Chipping Campden. Centrally located on the high street; with parking in the back (not accessible from the high street). The staff were great and the breakfast was wonderful. We stayed in Room 5, which is quite spacious (though on the top level; all stairs). They have some newer "cottages" that look to be accessible for folks who don't want stairs. Some minor negatives: 1) the tea room closes at 5:30 cutting off direct access to the high street;...

“The room was lovely and cozy, at the top of the building with nice views of the rooftops and sunsets. The bath was across the hall, but it was ours alone. The stairs were a small challenge. Street parking was not a problem. There certainly couldn't be a better location!”
