“Staff were very attentive and helpful. Had an issue with the shower not draining and it was attended to and resolved and cleaned within 10mins. I arrived late at night after flight delays. The staff insisted on making me toast and jam so I wouldn't have to go hungry..... Booked a taxi through them which arrived early. Very pleasant stay. Would recommend. Great location and very quiet away from the busy town.”

“We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. The pool was brilliant and we enjoyed it very much. The Jungle cafe staff work hard, but could know more about certain drinks so that they can give a better explanation. We...

“It was a horrible experience. I would like a refund. I stayed for about one hour, and couldn't tolerate it. I needed to sleep and wash my hands, but I truly felt I would be dirtier after those things than I was before. ”
