Hi Patricia,Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your reveiw- even if it's not the kind we like to hear. I'm disapointed to read about your time with us, and appoloigize your stay was not up to expectations.We're happy to hear you enjoyed the bed in your room and that you were able to meet some of our great ALT Team.Our lobby level is located upstairs to provide convenience when coming from the airport. But it can be confusing if arriving from the ground level. We do have multiple signs downstairs directing guests to our lobby level but we are always looking to improve and if these were not clear we do apologize.Our hotel prides itself in creating rooms that are functional and smart, with boutique elements to do it. We do offer different room types, that may be better suited for you. Some with bigger windows that provide brightness, as well as accessible rooms upon request. We would love to get the chance to have you stay with us again for another try with us and could talk about these requests while making your booking.Please know our front desk team is always there 24/7 to help. Whether that is turning on your shower or adjusting your AC, don't hesitate to give us a call. We would be more than happy to assist you.Nonetheless, Thank you for staying with us. I can suggest asking for a corner room when making your reservation, you may find with the bigger windows these rooms provide that it would be a better fit for you. Our front desk team is there for you 24/7. If we are unable to fix something like an AC, we can provide you with a fan, or a lighter blanket to make you more comfortable. Our rooms are desinged to provide essentials to our guest- with a modern feel. Unforchunatley, sometimes repairs can happen during inconveint times and we appologize for this. Please never hesiate to reach out to front desk staff with any issues you may occur during your stay, we will always do our best to come up with a solution.Our resturant Sosta is open from 11:30am-11pm and Bar serves drinks until 12am. If you have a late arrival our cafe, Altcetera is open 24 hours with pre-made entrees. Different meals made in-house to warm, salads, sandwiches/wraps and breakfast items.
