We stayed in a sub penthouse apartment and the space was beautiful, wonderfully clean and so many spaces to sit and relax. Beds were extremely comfy and the location was sensational. Our only feedback is that one towel per person to be used over multiple days for bathing and for the pool is not enough. And two face washes and 2 hand towels to share between 8 people was a little gross. The dishwasher also doesn't wash properly meaning we had to hand wash everything.

We stayed in a gorgeous, large 3-bedroom modern apartment. Great pool and spa, though the building shades the pool from about 2pm in summer. Fantastic location. Only a block from the beach. Heaps of dining around, as well as supermarket access. Tram station is also a short walk. Only downside is there is currently construction noise which starts at 6am across the road for a new building, but we assumed this was why we got a great deal. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The apartment is in a great location, comes with a car park which is great. Ours was very small and we had a big van so was tricky to park. Nice big apartment with amazing views. A little dated and some of the furniture and ammenities could do with replacing. Pool is lovely and the area around it nice and spacious. Would definitely stay again in the hopes that the feedback given has been addressed.

Stayed here with my adult children and grandchildren. The apartment is located in a very convenient location however there is currently a large construction occurring across the road so many trucks and traffic control. This is not noted when booking. If it had been I would have chosen a different location. The unit was filthy, there were hundreds of cockroaches running out from under benches, aircon and furniture. We opened the compendium to find out where to put rubbish and it was stuck together with sticky stuff and several, ie more than 2 cockroaches ran out from the middle of the folder. My husband bought bug spray to try kill some of these. The furniture was filthy, the floors were stained and covered in hair etc. we paid $1700 for 3 nights and spent significant time trying to clean this unit. I’m pretty forgiving but this was ridiculous. Advised the manager who told me it’s due to cockroaches being sprayed the week before. Well the bugs seemed pretty spritely so unsure how well your spray treatment is working. Don’t waste your money.

Location Great, Apartments Need Some Attention

The location is great and easy walking to all that Broadbeach has to offer. However, the website leads you to believe that family units are on the 2nd floor. We arrived after hours and were on the 20th floor. Speaking to reception the next morning, the blunt response was that we needed to request this upon booking. With regard to the unit; the oven did not heat and it appeared to be a faulty dial, the main wardrobe lacked room because of a shower chair stored in it. On our 3rd day we arrived back to a shattered window and the response from management was quick and efficient. They then moved us to a 2nd floor apartment. Overall, both units lacked the finer cleanliness expected for ‘luxury apartments’ (main bed springs were collapsing, AC flow was poor, leather lounge was peeling and needed to be vacuumed, blankets stained etc). Overall, location is great, the pool and gym were of very high quality, and main areas are quite luxe, there is just some areas that need attention when you consider the price your paying.
