Came down a day before my citizenship ceremony on monday spent sunday relaxing staff very helpful and friendly i was relaxed and happy place was clean and tidy a little old but presentable will definately come back

Lovely place to stay for a walk along the beach. Loads of great restaurants and coffee shops a stone's throw away. In the heart of Broadbeach but rooms are so quiet and well presented. Definitely my new go-to place to stay on the Gold Coast

Lovely apartment, clean and quiet. Lots of space. My only complaint is that new pillows are needed. They are flat and provide no neck support. In addition, there are as no paper towels or tissue in the unit. One roll of paper towels and a box of tissue would be very helpful!

The staff were wonderful which is the sole reason I did not complain in person. - I found the expectations of the resort odd and out of place when paying this much for a room. Having to take out your own garbage and do your dishes to avoid a cleaning fee is insane to me. Bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were clearly very cheap & flat. As much as I tried (although I acknowledge I didn’t ask for assistance) the wifi would not work. It is very nice that you can get a day pass on the day you check out though.
