Lovely property, immaculately clean. Very comfortable. Nice staff, grounds are well kept and Rudys cafe is fabulous. However, if you're looking for something modern, it could do with a refurb, it's a bit dated and could do with painting and modernising.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and had great facilities (washer, dryer, full kitchen). They provided a basic starter pack for washing (1 use only) so we had to buy laundry, dishwasher and washing machine detergent which all got left there (wasteful). Would definitely return.

The room was beautifully clean and well maintained. Perfect air con - in both the living room and bedroom. Kept it at 20 degrees if I needed, which really helped for first few days because I flew in from a cold climate. Staff were friendly and easy to chat to. Pools are beautiful, and the lobby was decorated for Christmas with a huge tree.

Over all very happy with the stay room was clean and tidy pool was good for the hot days room was spacious with a good view and cooking facilities was quiet at night the parking was super easy in the basement and a lift directly to the floor we were staying on also a easy 5 min walk to the beach and public transport

It is an older property but central slap bang between surfers and broadbeach. You can walk to tram stop. Not much in terms of dining options on the door step but all very walkable.
