생각보다 시설이 낙후되어서 칫솔이나 바디워시 등 린스같은게 없는점이 아쉬웠습니다!!!!!!!!!

Hi Anon: we do not supply toothpaste or brushes: however we do provide a free buffet breakfast, free WIFI, free undercover secure parking, free equipment hire for use on the tennis court, for which there is no charge; we do not charge for the use of the gym equipment, nor the steam room, as many other places on the Gold Coast do: we have friendly and helpful staff; clean rooms and comfortable beds. The BBQs are free and are set in a wonderful and well established garden over 5 acres; one of the best in Surfers Paradise; there is no charge for the use of fishing equipment, and the only ask on crabbing pots is not of the pontoon and please share. We look forward to having you back when you are next in Surfers.

위치는 괜찮은편이구요. 서퍼스페러다이스 어지간한곳은 도보로 10분정도네요. 호텔은 좀 오래된감이 있어요. 직원들도 친절한 편입니다.

추천하는 호텔!!
위치는 서퍼스파라다이스에서 도보로 10분~15분 입니다. 걸어다닐 정도로 적당합니다. 주위에 음식점들도 꽤 있구요. 조식도 정말 잘 나오고, dvd도 빌려서 볼수있어요! 객실도 편안했고 깨끗했습니다. 추천합니다^^

서퍼스파라다이스와 가깝고 오래된리리조트지만 방음도 잘되고 깨끗해서 만족했습니다^^

이 정도 가격에 이 정도 퀄리티의 숙소를 서퍼스 파라다이스에서 찾을 수 있을지 의문이 듭니다. 주차시설도 잘되어있고 내부 풀장도 있어 가족단위 여행에도 좋습니다. 단, 에어콘이 없고 쇼파가 낡아서 가죽이 벗겨지는 바람에 앉지는 못했네요.

The beds were very old and had worn out hard mattresses. After flushing the toilet would not refill straight away. The room needed a face lift and some maintenance but was clean. Staff were always pleasant and welcoming. The only real downside was the condition of the mattress otherwise a very enjoyable stay

Quietly situated, Short walk from restaurants and other facilities. If you are into fishing easy access to the pontoon and has a lovely pool area.

The room was dirty. Curtains had dirty hand prints on them could not even use the freezer it was so frozen over. Rat poo in bathroom drawers bed was 2 singles put together and 1 was a inch higher than the other , so uncomfortable. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Needs to be rebuilt.

よかったです。receptionが閉まってることが多いので用があったら時間を見計らって行かないと行けません。それがちょっと残念でした。パーキングが無料なのはよかったです。

Great location, good amenities, staff very accommodating, great lock up parking underneath; Unfortunately Rooms are now very old 30 years; need major updates; Furniture is very old & out of date; Carpet stains, wall stains, balcony not clean-dirt & bird poo everywhere, very disappointing rooms to stay in;

Good location. Easy walk to the beach precinct. Resort is dated but clean and comfortable. $200 key deposit was taken off credit card but was told it would take 5-10 days for it to be returned. Very difficult to find a parking spot in the carpark.

Wouldn’t return
Our particular apartment was original/not renovated/very rough, felt unclean and had terribly stained carpet and a damaged kitchen counter top. No dish washing liquid, wipes/scrubbers or tea towels. Only booked for a place to sleep, thankfully did not spend any leisure time in apartment. From the balcony it appears there are nicer renovated places in the same complex.

Very good value - but
The location is a little further from Broadbeach (500 metres) than most rentals and many units face the carpark. Rates are very reasonable so pay a little extra to get a 1BR Riverview apartment which is spacious and has a nice outdoor area. We liked the security and underground parking BUT our bed mattress (apt 24 A) was terrible, but would stay there again if they replace it

The room was dated with stained carpet, no coffee provided and very limited bathroom products (soap & shampoo with no face cloths). The balcony whilst it had a nice view the glass is very dirty & the floor was littered with cigarette butts. Yes this is one of the cheaper places 5mins walk to the beach there still should be min standards.

Great place and great position, needs dusting and had to clean out the aircon filter (but most hotels are the same) exhaust fan not working in the shower toilet room (fairly important) torn dirty curtain. Lamp shade without bulb, fridge and about 6 inches of ice around it. Management only has to inspect the rooms every now and then, other than that it wasn’t a bad place.

Mouldy doors - internal and external, mouldy shower curtain and bathroom, stained bath, kitchen bench peeling off, taps lifting up out of units. Overalk a tired, dated and dirty room in need of update and thorough clean. Very dusappointed.

Booked a room for 4. No beds for kids. 2 x trundles dropped off, one broken and could not be used. Trundle mattresses were filthy and blankets smelled awful. Carpets not vacuumed well.

Stayed for one night. No issues. Didn’t really have time to use the facilities other than the room - but the pool area looked nice. Unfortunately we didn’t have the best view, but if you have a view of the water - you’d be happy!

Reasonable hotel for the money however a little bit dated. Resorts location is good for easy access to surfers paradise bvld. The only issues we had upon entering the room were the washing machine was leaking water into the bathroom which created a slip hazard for our young children which resulted into us having to turn off the water to the washing machine in order for it to stop leaking which is not too good after only being in the room for less than 10 minutes. The carpets were also less than impressive with a lot of old staining and old damage around the room which didn’t give us a comfortable feeling as you spend a lot of time not wanting the kids to be sitting and crawling on the floor due to its questionable cleanliness. Not much in the way of activities at the resort itself so we found ourselves spending a lot more time out in the Gold Coast area which can be a blessing but also somewhat frustrating. The hotel Staff super friendly and very welcoming but parking was also a minor issue due to the large number of live in residents, parking spaces for guests were few and far between and felt like a constant battle to retain a space to park at the end of the day. The other issue we found was a lot of noise from the down stairs bar would travel up to room with tipsy patrons roaming the hallways in the early hours of the morning with sound travelling quite easily through the hallways and into the rooms. Overall our stay was.....ok 4/10

The resort was an ok place to stay for one night. It is centrally located and the position on the river was very pleasant. However the room itself where we stayed on the ground floor is badly wanting a good overhaul to entice a longer stay.

Great location for us. Visiting son who lives on island so 2 min walk, also 10 min walk into middle surfers so very convenient. Room was very spacious, had a studio, but needs maintenance, lots of things looking tired and worn. In saying that, was comfortable and perfect spot for us. Will return

Put it this way... Sat on the couch and my knees were higher than my butt! Room looked and felt dirty. Big wad of long black hair behind bathroom door ( mine is short ) and my friend has short blonde. Cigarette burns on the bathtub, crack in the toilet bowl, dirty patching on the floor of bath / shower. Could write an essay.. Overall not happy!

My room was right next to shared dryers/washing machines which were extremely noisy, room was very outdated and smelly, was scared to sit on couch it was so stained and shower curtain was old and full of mould! Bed side lamp did not work, couldn’t wait to leave and unfortunately won’t be back :(

Arrived and no receptionist could not get into building after much effort got to room to find not cleaned from last guest after more phone calls told I had been given wrong room more calls 2 hours later got to right room no apologies just an awful experience
