Check in was easy, very kind staff who went out of their way to welcome us. We had interconnecting rooms, very spacious and clean. Great amenities. Rooftop pool was good. Very convenient to TSS and easy to get to Tedder Ave by tram. Perfect for our stay with a 3y and 5y olds. Would stay again.

This a really great property. The staff are wonderful, the room I had was awesome and the amenities are terrific. I recommend it highly. Parking your G-Wagen might take some care.

Clean modern unit with kitchenette One of the few places you can have a descent coffee with the French press and coffee supplied . Handy to tram station shopps and restaurants, try nearby,Homemade Thai restaurant for genuine good Thai food. Staff were friendly , welcoming and efficient. Happy to stay at Quest Southport again.

Property was very clean we got an upgrade to a 1 bedroom from a studio which waa fabulous. Only one negative as it was a Saturday night there was no parking on the street. Thanks to the fantastic staff they allowed us to park at the front as we were leaving the next morning. Would love to go back and stay a few days , you can buy water and drinks with snacks at reception .😋.

Brand new apartments in a good location and close to shops. Helpful staff at check-in but limited on-site parking so if this is essential need to pre-book. About a 5 min walk to the tram stop

In Quest we had a well appointed clean 1bdroom apartment on 7th floor. Great for self catering, and bottle shop next door. Light rail station across the road. Walking distance of about 300m to good coffee on street near Sundale shopping precinct, for picking up supplies if needed. There’s on street parking but we chose to pay $30 for our overnight stay. Nice friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Quest Southport is a very good place to stay. The staff, the room and the cleanliness were all great. Possibly the only negative is the location but if you've got a car it is not a problem and Australia fair only a short walk. The gym was also handy, but they need anti-septic wipes. All in all, very good and I recommend.

Location is great. Tram is a stone throw away to Surfers Paradise or north to the train to Brisbane.Brand new building /accommodation.Fully self contained one bedroom. Coffee plunger and coffee. Spacious, a/c, fisher paykel washing machine and dryer. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner large bottles all supplied. Full kitchen set up. Great stay, very friendly staff.

Upon arrival after a long drive we were told there was no parking available for us and we would have to park on the street after our night out. We spent 10 minutes in the room getting ready to go out. Upon our return after midnight the only car park outside the front doors was taken and not a car park to be found on the street anywhere in the vicinity. After searching for a park for a considerable amount of time we felt our only option was to get our bags and continue on our trip home. So we travelled home tired and disappointed. Please note this is not a reflection on the staff member on duty who was most polite and helpful. The room also looked to be modern and clean. We did not get to sleep in the bed. We stay on the Gold Coast alot but unfortunately will not book with this facility again. After further investigation it appears parking is a major problem.

From the beginning Upton checking in around 4:30pm 28th Aug. The two male staff members on arrival were great! They were lovely and made me feel comfortable being there. I didn’t get their names but they are the perfect people who make checking in less stressful. Everything else was a bonus. I paid for my stay through Expedia and thought that was it fully paid. But paid an extra $100 at the hotel upon checking In. I wasn’t expecting that. I’m not sure if that was the bond and I’m getting it back? But I was hoping the lady the next morning would mention that I’m getting it back? But didn’t say anything. So I just returned my card keys spoke with her for a little, said thank you then left.

Hotel was amazing, the customer service was spot on and welcoming, easy to find. At the top of the street was the tram. Easy access to go into surfers, one block away from the water and shops. Room was spacious with phenomenal views overlooking surfers and the canals, watched the surf skis and had every thing you need. Only regret was we only stayed one night. Studio apartment. They had a small pantry, all reasonably priced. I will back.
