The carpet definately needs replacing, and the xouch needs a deep clean. The cleaners were still cleaning (not their fault), (im guessing misscommunication between them and the letting company) when we arrived after check-in. The view and location were amazing.

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. A really nice property. Only drawbacks were the remote key pick-up and the roadworks going on outside at the time of our stay.

Easy process to collect keys. Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. Only negatives, pillows are too high, and roadworks all night which is not the buildings fault. I’d definitely stay there again.

Lovely property with 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies. I recommend staying at Sandbar. Nice walk into Burleigh, good coffee a block over the highway at Paddock, a Coles is a walkable distance away. The only downside was absolutely no glasses of any sort that I could find, no water glasses, no wine glasses etc, odd so I did raise this when I checked out and hopefully it will be addressed.

A modern, clean and comfortable apartment with beautiful views of the coastline and hinterland. The kitchen is well equipped, and the layout of the apartment would suit two couples, friends or a family with older children. The building is located at the quiet end of Burleigh, but Coles and fantastic dining options are still walkable, as is North Burleigh patrolled beach. The pool was a let down, however - it is cold, small and unprotected from the wind - and the apartment balconies were similarly poorly designed and largely unusable for the same reasons. Overall, however, we enjoyed our 5 night stay (young family), and the excellent communication from Burleigh Letting made the whole booking and check-in process hassle free.

For a 2 bedroom apartment with family at different events was only given 1 fob to access property even with 2 room keys, second person couldn’t enter the property or access the lift. Property manager didn’t care and even when said they would ring back, never did. You need to pick up and return key (even when can’t enter room) mile from the property.
