As they are self contained apartments there is a washing machine and dryer for your towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper is the standard supplied as we are not a hotel and the apartments are not serviced daily hence the price. Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you did not enjoy your stay. As we mentioned the complex was being painted and the painters had to get onto each balcony. Myself or my partner would knock on each apartment door and if not answered escort the painters onto the balcany for painting, we can assure you your valuables would have been safe. Cam and I take pride in ourselves in cleaning the apartments and have not heard of any cockroaches? Yes toilet paper is extra but you are given 2 rolls when you check in and as it is not a hotel but a self contained apartment most guests supply their own after that. And yes the apartments get cleaned once a week as we are not a hotel and the price does reflect that. Not sure what you mean about security? We have security walk around the building 3 times a night and have had no issues. We do live on site and would have loved to have heard from you while you were here. Regards Cam and Elaine

Sorry about the cigarette smoke as you mentioned it was a good price for school holidays that was partly why that apartment was cheaper as it is being re tiled soon. Did not know about the water pressure we will look into that. The bathroom is of standard size for a one bedroom apartment. The building has an air evacuation system so there is no actual fan. Yes the sofa bed is being replaced we did mention that to you and offered a fold out sofa bed which you declined. We do hope you choose to stay with us again. Regards Cam and Elaine
