"처음 배정된 도로변 방은 방음이 안되어서 너무 시끄러웠어요! 반대편 방으로 옮겨주었는데... 약간의 소음은 있었지만... 고층이라 경치가 환상적입니다. 레이캬비크에 고층건물이 몇개 없어서... 사실 호텔방에서 경치를 보기 어려운데... 방에게 경치를 보기에 좋은 호텔입니다. "

"I usually aim to leave balanced reviews, but our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. We didn’t receive self check-in information until we contacted the property on the day of arrival, which caused unnecessary stress. Once there, the front door passcode didn’t work — not just for us, but for several other guests who were stuck outside in freezing weather during a Reykjavik snowstorm. It's advertised as self-check-in, but it should't be called "Self-Check-in" Hotel if the codes don’t function properly. The room we were initially assigned also had no working heating, which was hard to accept in such extreme weather. When I called the help desk, I was told to wait until the next day. After informing them that I was traveling with an elderly, we offered a different room. Unfortunately, the heating in the second room failed the next day, and the help desk was unhelpful. Lastly, the listing says there is free parking, which is true — but spaces are extremely limited, so don’t count on availability. Also, if you are not fluent in English, navigating issues here could be challenging and potentially frustrating, as communication might become an additional barrier. On a positive note, I do want to acknowledge that the customer service team, when reached, was generally helpful and supportive. I truly appreciate that, but I would prefer not to be in a situation where I need to contact the team in the first place."
