"On arrival, my room was so dirty I had to clean it myself. After lunch, the restaurant closes, and the staff refuse to open the door to provide water. Instead, you’re told to drink bathroom tap water or purchase a 330 ml bottle for €2.90. Poor hygiene and poor guest care—would not recommend."
"Second time here. Very happy with hotel, basic breakfast and facilities. Room service and reception are great and helpful. Ensuite rooms are clean, comfortable and have big opening windows. Nothing negative at all apart from the wait for the lift in the morning as hotel only has two lifts and if hotel is busy, you can be wsiting 5 mins or more. But stairs ok - apart from if you're on a top floor!
