"Staff at front desk can be rude. Daily cleaning of room was poor. 1st room assigned to us was facing the rubbish bin collection point so balcony was unusable as it stunk of rubbish and wehn asked for room change staff rolled their eyes. Food choices were poor if you dont like sea food. "

"Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians. "The Whala hotel is an excellent choice for couples, families and groups.The location is central for Americas and Christianos offering beaches and restaurants to suit all tastes.
The hotel is welcoming with helpful staff in reception and the pool bar.We had a great stay and will be back in a few weeks.The rooms are always well cleaned and have good facilities for a comfortable stay."

Food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was amazing and we also ate at the Trattoria which was the best Italian food we'd had outside of Italy! I had a brilliant massage at the spa in the open air gym overlooking the sea - it was just perfect! Staff were super helpful and welcoming - really couldn't fault anything about our stay here. "
