"Nice, safe neighborhood. Fairly long, 30 minute walk into town so a little bit more challenging to access the tourist areas. Staff was very helpful and friendly although check-in was at a different location than our apartments. Easy parking. Good jumping off point for areas around Ljubljana (Lake Bled, Postojna, etc)."

"We had a lovely stay at the Rikli Balance Hotel. It’s worth (if you can) opting for a Lake view - as it is spectacular. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was amazingly well organised and reasonable @ 10 Euros per day. Pool/Spa area is big and wasn’t too busy when we went."
"From the moment we arrived at the Grand Hotel Toplice in Lake Bled, we were completely enchanted. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a welcome cocktail in the sitting room lobby — and let me tell you, sipping that drink while taking in the most breathtaking view I’ve ever seen felt like a dream.
The service here is in a league of its own — truly the highest caliber I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay feel personal, warm, and effortless. Our room was absolutely perfect, and I have to give special mention to the water pressure (a small but very important detail for me!) — it was spot on.
The location couldn’t be better — just steps from charming shops, delicious restaurants, and local events. But the crown jewel of our stay? The hotel’s private beach. With bar service, attentive personal butlers, and the best possible access to swim in Lake Bled, it was pure bliss.
I have never recommended a hotel more highly in my life. Out of all of our global travels and experiences with Small Luxury Hotels, this one stands at the very top of my list. We will absolutely be returning — the Grand Hotel Toplice has officially become my favorite stay in the world."

"We returned to the hotel late at night and there was no parking slots for our car anymore. A staff member noticed our car’s entry to the parking lot, and offered us his parking space. We really appreciate this act of kindness. It also shows the security of this hotel is top-notch! Very good breakfast as well! The procedures for checking in and checking out are also efficient! "Thank you for a great stay. The rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable. Staff are lovely and went out of their way to help - thank you! The hotel is very quiet in rooms, we heard no noise between the rooms. Parking is 10 euros but easy and straight outside the hotel. The breakfast was good. Thr slight issue was hot rooms with ineffective air conditioning. We asked for a fan but the hotel did not have one, so we simply brought one and ot solved the issue. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"This hotel is a very short walk from Lake Bled, but is set back from the main road so that it's quiet. It has a large free parking area in front. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful - outstanding! Our room was very clean and comfortable, with everything that we needed. Breakfast included everything to start the day well. Lake-side cafes and restaurants are nearby. It's easy to rent bikes and go for a ride around Lake Bled in under and hour. We'd love to go back to this hotel anytime."
