"Beautiful, spotless, gorgeous hotel. Very special ambiance. They even gave us a gift for my older son’s birthday. The only tiny negative comment I have is one
Of my sons lost a backpack in the hotel and they never found it but I am not sure if it’s their fault. Highly recommend "
Se Catedral Hotel Porto, Tapestry Collection By Hilton
8/10 Good
"Location was great. Was not able to get in room early at all though. Nespresso in room was so nice to have. No view from room but the location of hotel itself made up for that. "
"Excellent location, quieter street but close to all attractions, restaurants and public transit. The room was very clean and comfortable, I was impressed how noise proof it is. Hotel restaurant is excellent. The amenities include free laundry machines (app controlled) and a rooftop pool/bar - my only wish is that the hotel advertised these better upon arrival."
Hotel Jaguar Oporto – is Near the Metro, has Free Parking and a Free Shuttle Service between the Airport and the Hotel from 7AM to 8PM
10/10 Excellent
"We were in Porto for only 1 day. The staff was very courteous and willing to help in any way possible. Upon leaving We were not going to the airport but because it was a slow day they offered a ride to the train station. It was a godsend as we had been walking all day. The room was very confortable and spacious. Very clean. The only things is that the hotel is not close to downtown Porto. You have to take the metro. But not a deal breaker if you're staying longer. Breakfast was ok. The food was a little bland for our taste. Would have been nice to see more Portuguese food. Juices were a little watered down. "
"Breakfast had a lot of variety and was kept clean. Paulo deserves a 5 ⭐️He was very helpful, created a map for us and offered suggestions for places to eat and go. The front desk could be more welcoming. Rooftop was hit or miss on being open. Location of hotel was good. Lots of restaurants within walking distance."
"We enjoyed our stay at the Tivoli Kopke. The property is brand new with great views and a helpful staff. They’re just getting their operations up to speed, so there may be minor hiccups, but you’ll have a comfortable stay in Gaia at this property.
Our room was very comfortable with great amenities, although the door to the toilet would not properly close and, although we made guest relations aware, they seemed unable to address it. (It wasn’t all that important, so we didn’t mention it again.) But other than that, the balcony river views were terrific, the room spacious, and the bed very comfortable.
We enjoyed a night at the bar with a blues band and great port. We thought dinner at the bistro was just fine, but not great. The food was by and large pretty bland, although the dessert was quite good.
Pro tip: you don’t have to walk down the narrow road to get to town. Ask the front desk to point you to the emergency exit where the stone staircase leads out the back into town. It drops you right by a food hall that’s behind the main waterfront street and it’s well worth visiting!"
