“The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. The interior of the cottage was perfect, the door however did not lock and travelling alone, I did not close an eye. It then was fixed the following day, although I did not say anything. Then a handy man was fixing and painting the cottage next to the one I was in, and suddenly he was painting shatters and fence while I was in the cottage. Obviously I was disturbed by the smell. “Neither WAZE nor Google Maps got us to the right place. Thankfully the mini-market shop owner was able to point out the correct road to get to the hotel, which by the way, is really a motel by US standards. However, under the current (bombed out) circumstances of part of the property, the management did a superb job of providing a great set of amenities to compensate.”
