No soap to wash your hands. Hand towels were dingy dirty looking. Loud car outside especiallly at 6am. No breakfast like we were told or that was advertised. Bugs in bath tub.

Good Hotel but Don’t Expect Breakfast
Overall good service and room. However, they didn’t have breakfast as advertised so recommend removing the misleading, untrue highlight because it was one of our reasons for selecting the hotel.

The heater did not work in my room I froze all night. Hotel advertised free breakfast no breakfast nor coffee in morning but the clerk did give me a breakfast coupon for McDonald’s across the street which meant I had to Leave for coffee and come back. The door in bathroom had stuff all over it. Won’t stay agai

This property I spent 160 bucks on, because it was the only room available closest to Baton Rouge that wasn’t sold out. The room was “non smoking”, but as soon as you walked in the cigarette smell burned our nostrils. The humidity in the room made the sheets feel moist. Thank God we brought our own sheets and pillows. We turned the water on at the sink and the water came out brown and then black, it did eventually clear up. The hair dryer hanging had so much dust built up on the vent. The shower head was corroded and looked disgusting. We had no shampoo or soap, only two “facial bars”. It was just a dingy experience and not worth the money. You will be better off camping in your car or on the ground in a tent or just on the ground in general

The room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned in a while. There were stains on the bathtub and the bathroom door was cracked like it had been kicked in at some point.

Keep looking for another hotel
If you just need a bed it will do. There were bugs on the floor of the bathroom. Our AC barely worked and friendly is not what I would call the staff.

The air conditioner/heater was broken, the phone would not call the front office, the bathroom door was dirty, and there was no blanket in the bed just two thin sheets in a room that was too cold to sleep comfortably. There was no way of turning the a/c off or turning the heat on.

Looking for comfort, go somewhere else.
A lot of room for family, but beds are not comfortable and need more pillows. Can get better value for the money somewhere else. Will not stay again.

The entire property is run down and is disgusting. The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes or cigar smoke. The bathtub was not only dirty but had blood stains on the edge of the tub. I immediately checked iut and demand a refund!!!

Do not stay here. Dangerous
This was one of the worst stays I have "tried"to endure. The lady at the front desk, I believe Ms. Sherry was nice. I checked in , and all of the sudden cracked out men, a young man cjasing a young girl around with a blunt in his mouth, people started coming out their rooms to see who just checked in. It was scary. We immediately checked right out and requested my money back. Hotels.com could not refund my money becausw I paid the room directly. I am in the process of disputing the charge due to we left within 15 minutrs, because of dangeous drug activity..

Affordable place to stay
The motel has recently been taken over by new owners. The front desk staff was wonderful very helpful. I had an issue at first but they completely went over and beyond to satisfy me.

The room had a terrible odor. There were no towels in the room. Not once in 3 days did anyone clean room , empty , trash, make bed , etc. Had to buy cleaning supplies and air freshener from store to clean room. Only stayed because all other hotel rooms were booked .
