"Property unsuitable for wheelchair users. Pool area accessible va a steep 12 foot bank only. Unsafe for wheelchair users. This s needs to be stipulated on website. No accessible bathroom in the rooms. Staff were lovely and views beautiful. "

"The room was as advertised, however would have been better with a Queen sized bed instead of a Double bed. The view was wonderful and the room was spacious. The breakfast was not the best and the pastries were hard (i.e. Not soft and fresh). The menu for dinner was not well advertised nor could be easily found without having to go downstairs to the restaurant, which was inconvenient."

"After a warm and happy late check in, I wondered to my room to find a disaster unfold. As it was late at night I had no opportunity to leave as the staff leave at 1030pm Many windows have been left open and there were a number of mosquitoes in the room The towel rail fell off the wall as soon as I lifted a towel. Then I informed my towel to find dark stains all over it. There was blood over a number of pillows and sheets. The floor had not been cleaned properly and my feet were filthy within five minutes of having a shower. About 7 long hairs over the duvet and the sheets of the double bed. On a positive note, the room was very quiet and the shower powerful. The staff were all very nice. The hotel replaced the dirty towels and gave me some mosquito spray. I could not want to stay here again."

"I can’t fault this hotel or the service. Loved everything. Beautiful hotel and such lovely staff. Nice pool area with either full sun or shaded areas around the pool. The rooms were really nice with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice and great quality. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It would be good if the hotel had a gym. "
