"Everything was perfect at this hotel! We will be back！"

"One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. Really cool place with amazing private amenities. Stayed here since it was close to a concert venue. Did not disappoint. The breakfast is a smaller kaiseki style meal. More traditional, may not suit everyone’s taste. But room service meals were also really good! Wanted something smaller to eat as late dinner. Would definitely stay here again if I ever needed to be in the area."

"Very welcoming and very comfortable hotel "

"Really great place to stay for families. The rooms are spacious and it’s obvious they’ve thought about the smaller details to make the stay more enjoyable - they even have kid sized clothes hangers. The Refa bedrock room was a great experience as well."

"Very nice stay. located near my area of business. Rooms could use some updating but staff was very kind."

"Great location, central to some great shops and restaurants but not too busy. Hotel is very nice too and breakfast was very special. Staff were very accommodating also"

"Very good location & service"

"Me and my family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The location is top notch next to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the mall. With a grocery store next door, and plenty of food options within a 1 minute walk I highly recommend this hotel."
