We didn't meet any people at the place. It was self- check in.

One of our towels had brown spots and so did the kitchen towel. Also the one matress didn't look nice and had brown spots. Also the one light in the bathroom didn't work. We also only had 3 cups, but 3 of glass, plates etc.

"This place is terrific. If I were to come back to Visby I would want to stay here again. The location is excellent. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They helped us when we were late for our dinner reservation. The staff will even park your car as the parking spaces are tight as one would expect in an old walled city.
