"Our room was full of dead flies, along with live ones, When voicing concerns of this to the front desk desk we were told that they can't help house flies and were offered a solution of a broom and dust pan to use ourselves that we could clean up the dead ones. This did not feel like a reasonable solution given that we had 2 nights booked. The hotel lobby was also full of bugs, crawling on the floor, the check in counter and the walls, Given those reasons this hotel would not be recommended and...
