Timothy,I am so sorry you did not have a good stay with us. We are in the process of getting approval and bids for converting our tub shower combos to showers. We are hoping to get this started as soon as possible. As for breakfast i am sorry it was nasty to you. We uphold our brand standards for breakfast and use the same vendors. William,I am so sorry that the shower did not work for you. As for your review for another guest I am sorry they had issues with the door lock, but we had maintenance on property so not sure why it is being said it would not get fixed. Front desk staff did not relay any issue. There is not a work order for a door lock, and no other guest has said anything during the time frame of your stay. Unfortunately when information is second hand we cant trace the information provided so having to do an overall search trying to find any key words to locate the room that you are saying had lock issues is difficult. However if you can provide the information please call the hotel and pass it on that way we can reach out to this guest as well. Thank you so much.

Compared to earlier this week they have decreased in numbers. We are trying to handle the situation the best we can. Hopefully they keep decreasing. Mark, I am so sorry that your stay was this bad. I have sent maintenance into this room. We have replaced our mattresses so that is a concerning. He is taking a look at the frame and everything to see why it felt old to sleep in. We have had our tubs refurbished and we are noticing rust spots bleeding through on some of them. I would like to assure you we are taking steps to rectify this though. As for the cleaning itself I have went through to see whom had this room and will be speaking with them as they do have check lists to be sure every room is getting the best clean. Again I am so sorry. I do hope that you will give us a second chance in the future. If not I completely understand. We do hope you will stay with the brand as they really are great.

Jason,I am so sorry that the bed was hard. We do have a couple mattress that we are changing out they are on the way so hopefully that will fix it. As for the heat, yes, we have been trying to get our ac fixed. They fix one thing and then its something else. This has happened three times now. We are waiting on the smallest of parts to come in and hopefully fingers crossed that will finally get it fixed. Other than those things I am thrilled you had a wonderful stay. I do love to hear that. We aim for everyone that stays with us to have this type of experience. We hope you will stay with us again. Hopefully the two situations will have been improved.
