I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool.

Referente aos serviços do hotel foi muito boa a estadia. Equipe educada e prestativa. Estrutura muito boa. Tive problemas com o estacionamento vallet pago R$ 40,00 a diária. Presume-se por ser pago um valor elevado diário que terá um atendimento condizente. Espera elevada para receber o carro. Em um dia ficamos esperando 20 minutos pela carro, com tempo frio e chuva, esposa grávida e filha de 2 anos, pois eles não haviam encontrado a chave do carro. Acusaram que eu tinha levado a chave do carro para o quarto, fui até o carro no estacionamento junto ao manobrista e ao abrir a porta, a chave estava em cima do banco do motorista.. o supervisor seguiu questionando que a chave estava no meu bolso!

Decepcionante

Pelo valor cobrado, achei decepcionante. Os apartamentos ficam localizados em prédios separados do prédio ondem estão as áreas de lazer e restaurantes. Assim, para acessar a piscina, por exemplo, é preciso sair do prédio de apartamentos e andar pelo pátio do hotel, o que em dias frios, é muito ruim. A alternativa é fazer um percurso pelas garagens, que também são geladas, gerando muito desconforto quando se está indo ou voltando das piscinas com roupas de banho. Além disso, a área das piscinas não estava devidamente climatizada, e a piscina para adultos não estava com a água suficientemente aquecida, tornando a experiência muito ruim e frustrante. A comida do restaurante era boa, mas nada demais. O café da manhã sim, excelente.

Cobram a taxa de serviço no check-in o que vai CONTRA A LEI e o Código de Defesa do Consumidor. Assim que chegamos na recepção do dia 14 de maio por volta das 11:31, o atendente foi frio, e a primeira interação dele foi: “Os quartos só serão liberados às 14h”. Poderia ter dado um boa tarde pelo menos e oferecido guardar as malas! O café da manhã foi super decepcionante, pouquíssimas opções, não tem 1 croissant se quer, tudo jogado.

Excelente estadia

Excelente hotel, principalmente para quem está com criança. Funcionários gentis e prestativos, ótimo café da manhã, piscina aquecida, brinquedoteca, cinema, sala de jogos… tudo novo, limpo e arrumado. Localização muito boa, entre canela e gramado.

Muito bom custo benificio

Hotel novo com bom serviço de manobrista, o estacionamento é cobrado mas eles atendem muito bem e tem vários pontos de carregamento de carros elétricos, um diferencial muito positivo de outros hotéis. A piscina é boa e o atendimento também. O café da manha é numa área grande e muito bem servido.
