I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool.

A taxa de turismo foi informado assim que fiz minha reserva, mas a taxa de estacionamento não foi informado antecipadamente enfim fui pego de surpresa numa taxa de R$ 200,00. A diária de R$ 40,00 por dia é um valor um pouco salgado. Tirando isso, tudo foi maravilhoso.

Otimo hotel, quarto limpo, novo, cama gostosa com cobertas gostosas, toalhas grossas, roupão, sem cheiro, sem mofo, ar condicionado frio e quente, etc. O único ponto negativo foi pro chuveiro que ficava mudando a temperatura da água um pouco, mas isso nao chegou a comprometer. Cafe da manha perfeito, com muita variedade e tudo muito gostoso. Estrutura de lazer também está impecável. Equipe muito prestativa. Localizao otima entre Gramado e Canela, perto de tudo. Vale muito a pena!

Ótimo

Super bom, hotel com vida. Melhorar a questão do ar condicionado, quarto muito quente e não conseguimos baixar a temperatura, tivemos que dormir com a janela toda aberta. Fomos em 1 casal, 2 filhos e o quarto comportou bem a família num fim de semana.
