Nobody came to help with the lovages, we had to go and find someone! Hallway carpet are really dirty old and smells! TV in the rooms are very old! Windows in the rooms don’t lock there is only one elevator that woks! The refrigerator in the room is empty! The towels are yellow because they are too old!

The bathrooms were covered in black mold. Carpets and walls in the hallways were filthy. Paint was peeling on the walls in the room and there was mold on the walls. Utterly disgusting!

Nunca fui tão mal atendida num check-in. Chegamos no hotel após a meia-noite depois de um longo dia de viagem e fomos extremamente mal recebidos pelo funcionário. Extrema falta de vontade em atender, jeito grosseiro ao responder às solicitações, como se estivesse fazendo um favor em nos atender. Hotel precisa de muitos cuidados e a falta de gerenciamento grita em cada detalhe. O prédio está decadente, faltando manutenção em toda a estrutura. Funcionários mal capacitados, sem uniforme e sem gentileza nenhuma no atendimento ao cliente. Quarto e banheiros sujos, com cabelos no chão do banheiro e também nas cobertas da cama. Um horror.
