Tive hospedado na pousada por 7 diárias em jun/2025. Tive uma boa experiência, gostei dos quartos, da limpeza, dos funcionários extremamente educados e solicitos, toda equipe muito maravilhosa. Única sugestão para melhoria seria variar mais as opções salgadas no café da manhã, tirando isso tudo maravilhoso. Sobre a localização, apesar de não estar localizada no centro comercial, é bem perto, uma caminhada de aproximadamente 10-15 minutos. Além disso, o fato de não ser na área mais movimentada considero um ponto positivo pois é bem silencioso e tranquilo para o descanso.

A Pousada Ald Mamma é um espaço INCRÍVEL. É a verdadeira casa da MAMA! Fomos super bem recebidos e atendidos, funcionários incríveis, café da manhã espetacular! Tudo com gostinho de casa de mãe! O tratamento de todos com os hóspedes é ímpar!! Falar de Gramado é falar de um lugar cheio de encantos e de um povo super hospitaleiro! Enfim, foram dias incríveis que passamos eu e meu esposo. Fica aqui minha gratidão a toda equipe da Ald'Mama, pois mesmo nas condições em que a cidade estava (árvores caídas e sem energia devido aos ventos fortes), nos ofereceram uma alternativa em outro local com energia para passar a noite.
