“This hotel is new and we had a great room, all clean and with great taste. Reception staff was beyond nice and helped with everything. Spa area also very comfy for it s size. We really had a great stay here, it s superb that they have resonably priced caviar in their mini bar. The only place to stay is this one.”

“So ehow had the disabled room, but all ok, carpark is accessible by a car lift just next to the entrance. Convenient very short walk into the main square. Lots of good places to eat and drink”

“Not just a hotel, but an oasis! After an overnight flight and then a 3+ hour drive from Madrid airport, Hotel Hospes de Palacio Arenales & Spa was just what we needed. We luxuriated by the pool and were fortified with snacks and drinks at the pool bar. We also booked an hour in the spa, which was refreshing. The staff was unfailingly polite and helpful.
