그랑 베이 리조트

“Nice staff, well located, but the hotel is old and not in modern condition. Bit too expensive for what it offers”

“직원들도 친절하고 전체적인 서비스가 좋았어요. 뷔페는 보통이었고 리조트가 외곽에 위치해서 리조트내에서만 지낸다면 좋지만 주변 관광하러 가기는 불편해요.”

“All the service was good (cleaning staff, restaurants etc.) except the front desk. Except a couple of staff, most of the time they were rude, unhelpful. Had to ask the same thing several times (just to unlock the door cuz they deactivated my card key before the check out time) but never get it done. Check-in was very slow, no info, they said wait here, then 20 mins past, then another staff came, told same thing but no one came for another 10 mins. “ from South Korea who stayed here for our honeymoon from November 13th to 16th. The overall satisfaction with the food, environment, location, facilities, and scenery were fantastic. However, I would like to tell you about an unpleasant experience. I am very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff. “We visited on our honeymoon and were overall very satisfied with our stay. After staying at a few other accommodations, this place stood out in a number of ways. The facilities, cleanliness, friendly staff, and food were all excellent. The app made it incredibly easy to access and navigate the available services. Be sure to take advantage of the all-inclusive option and enjoy a drink with Wang Chang — it’s totally worth it!”

“We spent our honeymoon at the Radisson Blu Azuri, and the hotel made it truly unforgettable. Our room with a private pool was huge, stunning, and spotless every single day. Having our own pool was a dream. The service is the best we have ever experienced. Every team member genuinely cares and constantly asked whether we were happy and how we liked Mauritius. A very special thank you to Vinay, who gave us great advice, arranged wonderful tours, and went above and beyond. The romantic candlelight...
