"Everything was great. The hotel reached out to me before I arrived to arrange transportation to the hotel. It is hidden from view. They made sure I arrived safely. The place is cozy blend with modern and historical architecture which makes this place very enjoyable to stay with. The lady at the front desk Amy speaks English which is a great plus as Luoyang is a smaller city in comparison.
