"What I did not like was the floor at 4th floor Was getting wet all the time and the technician keep saying that was from the air conditioning Which was not, I turned off the air cond for 2 days unfortunately the floor was still wet When I turned on the air cond the floor drys They have insulation problems and not an air conditioner problem The hotel boss needs to install a proper insulation Nabila and an other lady did help cleaning my room and yeah I will recommend and I will stay here again"

"I would like to start by thanking the wonderful staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Madiha for arranging my second stay at the hotel and for providing me with a room that exceeded my expectations, which made my stay extremely comfortable. I would also like to thank Badr for the very warm welcome upon my arrival and for clearly explaining all the services available at the hotel. Many thanks as well to Shaimaa, who was very helpful and attentive during breakfast at the restaurant. Overall, the hotel is very good in terms of location, cleanliness, and service. What I appreciated most is that the entire hotel team makes you feel that they are always ready to assist whenever needed. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay."

"We are late sleepers, and we asked.reception if our room could be cleaned even past 5 pm and every time was no problem. Always came back to clean, made up room. And I accidentally booked the wrong barcelo location and I asked for the manager to help and she got on the phone with the other location and took care of everything. Had the reservation cancelled and.the new one made at the proper location. Thank you to all staff including security who volunteered to take my laundry to a nearby cleaners and also picked it up the next day and dropped it off at our room. He showed me the bill and I gave the money to him with no issues. Try to tip well especially in situations like that. It goes a long way."

"Beautiful property located in a great part of the city next to the medina. As soon as you drive in and walk in to the hotel the staff greets you with a warm welcome and friendly. The lobby, and restaurant are beautiful and great. The pool has great ambience and all though you are in the heart of the city, you feel like you’re in your own world. Room a very comfortable and all though the view was not great it still managed to live up to the expectation. I would definitely recommend this property, all in all it was a wonderful choice"

"Beautiful facilities and pool. Staff was mostly wonderful. There was an issue with the driver they sent to pick us up. He wasn’t there and one hour later he claims he was. And the hotel charged us for the ride! Take uber"

"Breakfast buffet staff were amazing! One knew exactly how to make the black tea with milk that we were missing from home and made it for my family each morning. The food varieties were great at breakfast with omelet station. Rooms were clean. Rooftop pool was nice and on Saturday night the 70’s and 80’s music brought back memories and tunes we could sing along with. Thank you!"
