"The staff always greeted you with a smile. I loved How special they made my mom feel for her birthday. Simple and meaningful ways to just be overall good and nice people. Amenities at Westin was a huge plus also. Hotel is right were you need to be on 7mile. Highly recommend!"

"We loved the murphy beds-how awesome to have this extra sleeping space. We weren't expecting this from the Expedia website. We did almost every activity on the resort. We won at trivia! We played pickleball, experienced snorkeling, paddle boarded and kayaked twice. Tried snorking poolside. We enjoyed the magic show. By far we loved the poker!! Of all the staff, we remember and enjoyed this young man the most!! He also hosted many resort events. Although we don't sing, we loved karaoke night. I wear the bracelet weekly from the jewelry making event. My husband is a smoker; he absolutely appreciated the smoking area with the best views of the beach and close proximity to the bar. We are grandparents and traveled with our two grandsons, we range from 12 to 75 years. There were several families that were multi-generational. We did swim with the stingrays that included snorking, toured the caves, and swam with the iridescent fish. By far the favorite was the stingray/snorking trip. We got around by taxis, a bit expensive but I didn't want to rent a car and drive on the other side of the road. Taxi drivers are very accommodating to visitors. Last but not least the food was amazing, we had the all-inclusive plan. No upgrade to this plan is needed. Every single meal was very delicious!"

"Property was rebranded before we arrived and yes we knew of change but this would have been 2nd stay was good enough that we decided to come back with our daughter for her graduation present unfortunately it was nowhere near what we expected and our daughter was also disappointed. So we where left with the only choice of leaving next morning as this was a 6 day vacation and we then scrambled to find other accommodation. Hotel handled our circumstances ok mr Lawrence the manger was understanding and bad experience better those we should have been refunded 5 day for 2 room because we made our concerns know the first day we got there but all we got was 2 daysx2rooms .we didn't leave because of anything other then poor experience with hotel . I guess we will see what happens in future. Hopefully they get the new hotel in better shape the beach and area all those quite was nice"
