“Nice property in the heart of Aix-Les-Bains. This a is a converted old building, with a modern touch. Comfortable room with a nice, large bathroom. Perfect for our quick stay. Note- there is no elevator/lift, but staff was helpful bringing luggage up and down the stairs. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Great hotel in a fantastic location. Loved all the amenities in the bar area (screens, darts, games etc) which made our stay really fun (especially during the World Cup). Spacious and comfortable room. Lovely to have a pool, spa and gym too (although the gym was quite small). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!!”

“We have no idea how this hotel is ranked four stars. We were expecting something much nicer and ended up disappointed. Something is off with the rating system. The pool/spa was nice and I’ll give it four stars but the rooms and rest of the hotel deserves three stars.”

“Chambre salle d cheveux dans le lits sur les cousins … wc boucher , pas d’eau chaude pour ce lave. Jamais reçu les instructions d’arrivé du patienter 20min pour enfin avoir une personne au tel et qui nous envoi les codes d’accès qui ne marche pas pour la seconde chambre ”

“The whole hotel stank of cigarette smoke. The room door for one of the rooms we were in could not be closed. It looked like the door had been kicked open and the lock not repaired. ”

“The location and balcony are amazing. Just sad the room doesn’t get cleaned during your stay. We also were very disappointed to find out that the toilet didn’t flush properly. The trash doesn’t get emptied, the toiletpaper not refilled and room gets really hot during the afternoon. The location is amazing with a beach on 7min steps away. The staff is kind and enough restaurants nearby. Parking is free”

“Die Zimmer sind hervorragend, gepflegt und neu. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wohl. Das Restaurant dagegen kann hier nicht mithalten, das Essen war nicht besonders gut, ein Gericht kam erst gar nicht bei uns an, den Digestif, den wir in klein wollten, bekamen wir in groß und mussten dann auch noch die große Variante bezahlen, obwohl der Fehler nicht bei uns lag. Statt 6€ also 19€, das war ärgerlich.”
