This hotel is pretty rundown. We just needed an inexpensive place to stay a night and it served its purpose. The pool says heated, but it didn’t feel like it and the vending machine was nonfunctional. Staff was nice and helpful.

Excellent Service at Knights Inn Grand Forks! I had to write a review to praise the exceptional service I received from Nate and the entire staff during my recent stay at Knights Inn. When I first checked in, I experienced a few issues with my initial room, but the team, led by Nate, handled the situation with incredible professionalism and efficiency. They were friendly, immediately addressed my concerns, and quickly relocated me to an absolutely fantastic room. The new room was perfect—clean, quiet, and very comfortable, making the rest of my stay here in Grand Forks exactly what I needed. It's this kind of dedication to guest satisfaction that really sets a place apart. Thank you, Nate and the rest of the staff, for turning a slight hiccup into a truly great experience. I highly recommend this hotel based on their commitment to excellent service!

Besides the frequent cockroaches, Knights Inn is the best of the worst in town. Miles better than Stay Inn and East Grand Inn with whom they compete for the lowest dollar per night average. Their continental breakfast is the best of the three by far. Hotel staff and housekeepers are great. The pool is decent. Like other budget hotels, they need to update their power outlet offerings to accommodate a world with cell phones. The outlets are not conveniently near the bed at all. The area of town is quite industrial but there are many stores and fast food joints within walking distance. The roaches are gross and there's no way around that. If they got rid of those this would be a point higher.

Bath towels were so stained they looked dirty..asked for new towels..same stained to the point looked like they were never washed or used any bleach on them. They were clean as they handed them to us right as they came out of the laundry. Smelled bad especially the hall Way

Nice motel at a great price. It's an older motel so you get what you get. But bed was comfortable, room temp was easily adjustable, decent breakfast. I appreciate fridge and microwave in the room. Everything in working order. I'd definitely stay again.

Good service, and room.

The establishment was in pretty good condition for an economy hotel. The front desk staff was very nice! Room was clean, and the hot tub in the room was a very, very pleasant surprise. For a cheaper hotel I'd recommend this Hotel!
