The pool was not good. All of the kids in our family that swam got chlorine poisoning. They were miserable. Otherwise everything else was great!

Hot breakfast was good and the area around the hotel was quiet. The people upstairs, not so much, but by bed time all was quiet. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The cleaning lady was nice. But breakfast was bad, no pepper no biscuits and gravy,no fruit, no peanut butter ,cobwebs on ceilings. Cold sausages.they weren't very friendly. But our parking was close to our room which was nice and close to where we were going also nice. This is mainly for breakfast staff. If you're going to advertise that you have biscuits and gravy then you should have it.Windows ceils in our room could be cleaned and our toilet was loose. This is stuff you could do to make your place better but otherwise we had a good time.

Under construction in parts, but very nice. Took good care of us. Elevator would be nice for stairs and suitcases, but was fine.

The carpet could use a cleaning housekeeping they were friendly breakfast bar 2 day had no rolls out they were closing it down at 9:20 am. Accessible is on and off the highway was good !

Not handicap friendly. No mention that there is not an elevator. Room was clean but smelled bad.

The front desk was not very welcoming and almost demanding with us. The waffle maker was not working and there weee plates of burnt waffles and raw waffles all over the counter. No one cleaned them up. There was not fruit offered at the breakfast. Not at all impressed with this hotel

No one at the front desk. Finally found the person who was outside playing with her child. Online reservation said one king bed. It was a queen bed. Room condition was less than expected. Will not stay here again

A must stay!
The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! It was a quiet and restful environment! We will definitely stay again! Loved the swing in the tree! It was a nice welcomimg touch!

Overcrowed
Hotel was overcrowded, I know is not the hotel's fault, but it was a completely no parking space for us, we need to park in the canopy and block the entrance for new or existing guests due to this.

Very basic hotel. Pool wasn’t open. Breakfast did not include fruit or yogurt or milk as it should (and as signs indicated). Waffle batter was not working. Beds were uncomfortable. Glad we were here such a short time.

Awfully expensive for what we got. Noisy, couldn't see bottom of pool, greasy handprints on headboard, housekeeping knocking on doors at 8am, daughter's room smelled like used diapers, breakfast was not good.

Arrived to find pool had been closed down! Sheets had stains on them, room needs updated, holes in wall just taped over. Only tall stairs for upper floor no elevators. And the front desk is unstaffed, you have to use the phone to call and get someone. Just awful

The bed was broken so everytime you moved it made a loud noise, the towels had stains on them like someone wiped their dirty bottoms on, the service was not great lady was rude, needs to state that there is no elevator
