We arrived a day early for a conference downtown and chose to stay here to save money versus book additional night at downtown hotel. This hotel was SO nice. Staff was friendly. I also loved that it was close to a couple stores for us to do a little shopping for things we had forgotten. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We were in a room right by exterior door on 1st floor. Door slammed all night anytime someone used it. The wall were very thin so the peiple next to us kept us up all night with their tv. And even worse was anytime the toilet flushed upstairs from us, you could hear the fluid draining through the wall. Over all it was ahorrible experience even though theplace was very clean.

Waited 3 hour's because our room wasn't ready yet.Other people that had checked in afterwards also had to wait but only 45mins.Check in is at 3pm not 6pm.I understand,they were short staffed and 45mins would have been ok,but 3 whole hours and we had kids with us.Do better please
