The room was clean and equipped with lots of things such as dishwasher and toaster. Staffs were very kind. If I go to Grand Rapids later, I will stay this place again.

This is my second time staying at this property and am pleased to say that the property is still clean, staff are very polite and friendly and the breakfast has a wide range of selections.

Dog friendly
2 week stay with my dog Very dog friendly, they knew my dogs name before I left and he adored them. They also have a walking area for the dogs. Housekeeping was great and room was super clean Breakfast was good each morning Pool could have been a few degrees warmer but it wasn’t so cold you didn’t want to get in. Great stay and I’ll definitely be back

Hosted by a rock star!
It was amazing to come back, after a year, and see Mario's smiling face at check-in. It felt like a homecoming. He is an incredible host and after a couple glasses of wine with other women at the bar (who were equally fond of Mario) I returned to room for a lovely nights sleep on crisp sheets in a very comfortable room. This is, and will remain, my GRR hotel.

This location advertises shuttle to airport service. Which they don’t actually tell you at checkin. Which makes for some awkward conversation and a wait for an Uber the morning you need to get to the airport.

I travel a lot for work and personal and I must say, Mario is one of if not the most personable front desk attendants I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would book this location again without thought for that reason alone. The rooms are great, location is great depending on what you are looking for. Overall a great hotel for a reasonable price.

Went with family: smelled off in room and air conditioning was very loud when came on. But room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Nice hot breakfast. Nice pool: no hot tub. Overall: would stay again

It was difficult to locate the property. Just a little bit of information on the website would’ve helped. The TV would only turn on or off so we could only watch the channel advertising the property. The phone didn’t work at all so I could not call down to the front desk to get assistance.

The staff onsite were very courteous and friendly. The room itself is fantastic, a big space with an adequate kitchen. We took advantage of the free hot breakfasts and the pool. The hotel was very clean, as indicated by many reviews.

Finding this property was kinda difficult, they need a sign or something on the building to show it’s the hotel. It was good for a one night stay and was pretty clean.

I had stayed here previously and absolutely loved the Jacuzzi..I was so sad to see it had been removed :( but my stay was great!! All of the staff were very friendly! Hotel was SUPER CLEAN!

Misrepresentation of Airport Services
They misrepresent having an airport shuttle and free parking. After we were non-refundable, we found out that they try to book you a cab to take you to the airport which you have to pay the tip on. It never showed up, and they tried to get another cab that did not have room for 4 people and luggage, so we had to drive to the airport to catch a 6AM flight and park and incur an additional $240 in costs. They also charged us $30 for parking (so not "Free Parking" if you leave your care there as implied in their amenities) for the week to leave our car there (which we couldn't since we had to drive ourselves to catch our flight). Manager was not sympathetic, wouldn't admit that they misrepresent their amenities. Refused reimbursement. Hotels.com is assisting in recouping extra costs with no help from hotel itself. Totally unprofessional operation.

Staff here is awesome. Rooms are great and very clean. There is a walking trail to go on by the parking lot. Goes thru a forest with flowers and wildlife. Very cool and not very long. Just right
