“Gorgeous property, nice rooms, extraordinary staff. Lots of little maintenance issues; when a room is empty it would take 10 minutes to go through and make sure everything works. And some bigger issues - the track on my patio door needs replacing (the man who got it to open and close arrived promptly and did a quick fix), my sister's front door had to be repaired in order to open and close properly, my brother had to change rooms because his first room smelled of mold. Maintenance costs...

“깨끗한 객실, 욕실, 친절한 직원 !!!!!!!”

“깔끔하고 조용하다. 주차타워 여유있음. 식당이 하나 밖에 없긴 하지만 훌륭하다. 주변의 사막지내가 바로 인접해 있어 풍경이 좋긴 하지만 시내와 많이 떨어진 외딴 느낌이긴 하다. 쾌적한 숙소를 원한다면 만족할 것이다.”

“Not cleaned properly. Bed was dirty with hairs, pillow was stinky, some cookie debris on the table and chairs, sticky gross thing on a glass. I enjoyed staying in many Holiday inn locations across the states for many years, but I think I will stay away from Holiday inn on my future trips. So disappointed.”

“The property and staff were great. Cielo restaurant, not so much. Very long waits to get your food order, and slow service.”

“Nice location and mostly helpful staff. The breakfast was a bit strange: no potatoes, limited fresh fruit and not as good as most other Marriott properties - I have over 1000 nights at Marriott under my belt. The toilet backed up and there was no maintenance staff on duty - best they could do was to drop off a plunger for us to use.”

“the room was extremely clean and roomy. The desk staff were very helpful. I did not use the pool or gym facilities, so I cannot speak for that. Be aware, if you have any disabilities, the facility does not have elevators. They are all outdoor stairways.”
