We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were all very helpful, kind and fun! The room was comfortable and cozy. The only thing we didn’t care for was the overwhelming smell of the cleaner when you walk in the front door. It knocked us over every time we came in. It’s good to be clean but that smell reminds me of cheaper hotels that are trying too hard.

First, let me say the staff is very nice. Very friendly and accommodating. That said, the room itself had me believing this building was previously an assisted living facility. There are hand-railings on each wall in the bathroom as well as the shower. Additionally, there was a dilapidated aluminum shower chair which greeted us as soon as we entered the room. And yes, it even came with crusty tennis balls on the legs. Genuinely disturbing, but also kind of hilarious. There is also zero lighting, aside from the single, under-powered floor lamp and one diffused high hat above the door. Thankfully it’s Arizona & the window provides plenty during the day. But again, the staff is very friendly. And you’re not staying at SpringHill for the luxury aesthetic
