“Welcome to Camp! Camp Deforest plays on the theme of going to “summer camp” and they hit it out of the park. The attention to detail for days gone by is top notch. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and fun.
The campfires at night are surrounded by families, friends, and couples enjoying stories, s’mores and each other’s company.
The staff is friendly and helpful and rest assured they can teach you how to build. Campfire.”
“The staff were incredible, and check-in was simple and friendly! The room was exactly as described online. Although the property is a bit outdated, it has a quaint charm that fits the area. Breakfast was a lovely surprise. Overall, a great stay!”
“Wow! The Country Inn exceeded my expectations! Check in went smoothly, everyone was very friendly, the property is clean and well kept. The room felt, smelled and looked clean and fresh. We had a balcony overlooking the fire pit and playground. It was very quiet.
Breakfast was delicious! Breakfast sandwiches, muffins, and bagels, waffles, and maple syrup- all amazing!
Such a great value!”
“I liked the breakfast and the view and the flowers and fire pit. There was plenty of parking and the location was convenient for restaurants and the museum.”
“Staff was very lovely and attentive, very courteous with their breakfast; the property itself was absolutely stunning and picture perfect clean and you can tell it was well maintained, that theme also followed into the room; comfortable beds multiple options for pillows. Also had a very clean bathroom, overall absolutely would stay again.”
“Very nice clean large rooms and very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, coffee, tea and oatmeal available. The quality of the eggs could have been better. The beds were to soft for my liking. Overall a good place to stay. Would come back again!”
“L'accueil est excellent et le service est très bien. Cependant les chambres sont petites et les commodité sont à l’ancienne. Besoin de commodités modernes.”
“What I did not care for was the checkout time should be at least 11:00. The check-in time is 4. 10:00 is just too early. Need to fix the TV stand so it doesn't want to fall off the cabinet. Probably shouldn't brag about how your coffee in your room is so terrible, also was disappointed that the little breakfast was 12.99 because we were Expedia customers. Other than that clean room basic decent view”
“This is a basic motel room without frills. Our room was clean but the stained chair and stained ironing board as well as the cobwebs made it feel neglected. Breakfast was coffee and muffins, nothing freshly made. The bed and shower were decent. The biggest disappointment was the sliding glass door overlooking the water, which we paid extra for. The handle was missing and the slider was hard to open. There was no screen so we could not sleep with the slider open.”
“Although I did self-registration using my iPhone, the check in process seemed to be lengthy upon arrival. Our room was not ready upon arrival and staff agreed to text us when the room was ready so we went to lunch. They did not text us when the room was ready.”
“If you're staying in Rockland, this is the place to stay! The staff were wonderful, the Inn makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. It's a stunning establishment.”
“250 Main is a lovely hotel. Dog friendly, beautiful local art displayed, rooftop views, complimentary snacks at breakfast, and early evening. We also appreciated how the hotel supported local businesses, by not having in-house dining or amenities. I would recommend it for couples or families with small children. We did pay a high price for our room, and Expedia advertised the room to fit 2 adults, 3 teens and a dog (2 queens and a pullout). The image showed a suite, and we were given a room with...
