“Check-in lady was efficient and courteous. However, she left at 7 pm for the night. Call the office phone # if needs arise. No one in office at check out. Room was clean, coordinated decorations, quality linens, towels, comforter plus spare comforter. Room was small. Price okay. Breakfast minimal choices. Two issues, TV and satelite antenna required 2 in person visits from the off site owner/ manager to get the TV to work about 40 min. process Second issue,which not much can be done, 3 trains...

“We checked in late and it was a very smooth process. Carol was awesome! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good! We loved that the room had recliners in it as well as microwaves and refrigerators. I would definitely stay here again. The free breakfast is also a nice touch! I recommend the Belgian waffles! The only downfalls to note: there is no elevator and the bathroom is very small. Not a lot of counter space at the sink area. The property is older but...

“‘Cozy’ really describes the room we stayed in! Although tiny, the accomodatuons were very clean, the sheets were crispn& white, the heater was perfect (it was 18 F that night!) and the bathroom was spacious. Highly recommend! Austin is a very small town, but we ate a delicious chicken wings and fries dinner at a charming historic bar across the street (the only place serving food and drinks that night). The bar’s owner was a charming character and made our night a memorable one.”

“The room had recently been renovated from flooring to overhead light fixtures. The heater kept the room warm even in below freezing night temps without the loud fan some motels have that go on and off all night. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was personable. We would stay again.”
