“Room was small and furnishings tired. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast very good. Grounds and setting were beautiful.”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and windows that opened enough to provide good airflow. There were a couple of minor issues in the bathroom. The plastic trim around the shower base had a large hole, leaving sharp edges exposed, so you had to be careful not to catch your toes. The light above the mirror also had a bulb out. “Rooms were great, exceeding expectations considering its location in the countryside and cheap price. However, the owner should not be so aggressive about inconveniences caused by guests. If he thought we were too loud in our rooms, the owner should have simply said so. Barging in to our room without any warning or properly announcing himself(he just opened the door and came in his bathrobes) was unacceptable. Proceeding to then waving/pointing the end of his walking stick at his guests' faces...

“We were here for a wedding. Everything ran like clockwork and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. One word of warning, if you have mobility issues make sure you are on a floor serviced by a lift”

“Delux room with Loch views was amazing. Comfortable bed and linens. Well kept furnishings. Enjoyed the window facing chairs for hours of counting waves. Very walkable to town. I was without a car. Flat walk to shops and restaurants.”

“Superb boutique hotel. We couldn’t have had a warmer welcome from Yas and Alison. Stunning location at the side of Loch Ard. Hot tub looks out over the loch. Fabulous breakfast. Evening meal also great. Be sure to taste their home hot smoked salmon, the best ever. We stayed 2 nights and wished we had booked for longer. Thanks for the best stay of our holiday.”
