“The room was lovely & comfortable. The Evening meal was delicious. The only thing that let us down was the breakfast. It didn’t seem to be freshly cooked and wasn’t very hot & not very well cooked. A shame. If we stay again we will not pay extra for the breakfast.”

“호수가 보아는 단독 살레같은 방이 무척 편안했다. 시설은 오래되서 낡은 것 같았지만 깨끗하고 따뜻하고 너무 평화외워서 가는 길에 한전 더 묵게 되었다”

“First off, this is not a hotel, it's lots of apartments. There are no onsite Highland Club restaurants, room service food or anything like it. The apartments are full on, proper homes with kitchens so bring some food, even if it's just basic stuff. “Excellent stay, really comfortable room with helpful staff. Restaurant was a gastronomic experience and I lived it.”

“A lovely characterful hotel in fantastic grounds. Good sized rooms and friendly staff. Nice to be welcomed by a roaring fireplace too”

“We were here for a wedding. Everything ran like clockwork and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. One word of warning, if you have mobility issues make sure you are on a floor serviced by a lift”

“Very well renovated room in lovely grounds. Good breakfast, friendly staff, would stay again 😀 ”

“Superb lovely experience. Staff very friendly and helpful where possible. Cosy, food was fantastic and spa jacuzzi has fab view”

“Lovely place to stay, the staff are brilliant. So pleasant and helpful.”

“Rooms were great, exceeding expectations considering its location in the countryside and cheap price. However, the owner should not be so aggressive about inconveniences caused by guests. If he thought we were too loud in our rooms, the owner should have simply said so. Barging in to our room without any warning or properly announcing himself(he just opened the door and came in his bathrobes) was unacceptable. Proceeding to then waving/pointing the end of his walking stick at his guests' faces...

“Had the superior room no complaints large room TV mounted into foot of bed and bath in living room good location just outside Norwich”
