“It is a place I would be delighted to revisit on my next trip to Birmingham. The atmosphere was very peaceful, which I greatly appreciated. Entering the building was straightforward, thanks to the provided code. Throughout my stay, I had no need to raise any concerns with the host. The room was generously sized and equipped with an iron, tea, and coffee. Conveniently, there were food shops nearby: I had hoped to cook in the kitchen, but I discovered that I would need to have my own pot. There...

“Breakfast is self service with lots of options available. Fridge well stocked with milk, yoghurts, spreads etc. The room was a good size and the bed extremely comfortable. Shower and bathroom all in working order. ”

“Had a nice one night stay at Achill Guesthouse. Nice large room and en-suite. Excellent bedding and mattress - slept very well. Great shower in en-suite and huge, luxury bath sheet. Lots of nice home touches. Yards away from Knowle high street with it's many shops, bars and restaurants. Recommended. Thanks to Mary and team for a great welcome and lovely stay.”

“Very dirty bathroom, beds had miss match bedding & pillow cases on. No banister on the stairs, holes in the wall, lights not working, wardrobes were broken. Used the beds to sleep and left very early on to go grab showers elsewhere before starting our day ”
