"Excellent all around. Breakfast was amazing and this is the first hotel where at breakfast they have kept vegetarian items such as hash browns, mushrooms and eggs away from the meat items such as bacon etc. which is great for us vegetarians"

"Room was clean, staff were great. Any issues I did have were swiftly sorted and resolved. Really nice place to stay and 10 mins walk from new street station. Breakfast is a standard buffet style and really pleasant."

"Hotel, doesn’t allow under 18 to use the swimming pool which is disappointing as the pool was the main reason I chose this hotel. It did spoil our stay. Room is nice and air conditioning is worked well."
