“Very disappointing stay.
I stayed in Room 242 from 23 December 2025 to 26 December 2025.
Throughout my entire stay, the toilet flush in the room was not functioning properly.
On the first day, I went down to the ground floor reception and politely asked for the issue to be checked. The receptionist said she would take care of it. However, nothing had changed by the following day.
I reported the problem again and asked whether the toilet had actually been checked, as it did not seem so. I was...
