"We needed help with a petty crime that occurred at a tourist site and staff showed us all the kindness. They made us feel supported, safer and not alone. Even before the event we thought the location, staff and hotel were terrific. Thank you to all."

"Excellent location, one of the decent places in London. Close to the metro, very accessible. Basic room but is a student room so low expectation. Still overpriced but then London is hugely overpriced so tracks everything else you do in the city"

"This hotel was excellent in many ways; the only issue was around dinner time at the restaurant, as they were not picking up the phones for room service. I was forced to come out of the room and go down to the restaurant to inquire about dinner. Things didn't seem too organized inside the restaurant either; a lot people waiting and only one person taking care of business at the main entrance. Other than that, everything else was fine."

"The staff was over the top and amazing. My flight was overnight and I missed my stay for the night but the lady at the front desk extended my checkout until the afternoon so I could at least take a night. Amazing property and in such a beautiful neighborhood as well. Would definitely come back!"
