We had a very scary incident occur while staying at this hotel that the staff handled exceptionally. Despite that event, I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

I stayed here to visit my child that attends the Art Institute and I was completely impressed. I will definitely stay here again.

This was the fourth time I’ve stayed here, and I’ll keep coming back. The location is very handy for families of Columbia College, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s priced well.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. I was skeptical at first when I saw the room, but I was extremely satisfied with the taste and the ease of getting food. Space in the room is exceptional. Felt like home. Ample space for storage which would be hand if families visit. Great stay

Great location, clean room and friendly staff!

Beautiful views and great staff to accommodate any needs

Side of property is under construction. Staff was helpful and prompt. Restaurant charged $4.00 per “unit” of tiny shrimp, which were overcooked. Restaurant service poor.

Great location

Arlo Chicago is in the perfect location for walkable access to so many Chicago sights, excellent food (please try the Broken English Taco Pub around the corner!), bars, shopping, etc. It was also very conveniently located to access the L when we needed to get to other parts of the city! The staff was BEYOND accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and exceeded all comfort expectations! I also highly recommend the lobby bar for a great happy hour spot!!! The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean. I actually wiped the floor in our room with a wet, white wash cloth, it was clean! There was no hair in the bathroom from a previous guest. There was no hair in the bed from a...

Our family had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Its location right on the beach was convenient with a nice set up of chairs/umbrellas. The daily breakfast box was a good way to start the day. Rooms were clean. Pool was a bit on the small side and sometimes got crowded was the only negative
