"I would absolutely stay at One King West again. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Colin & Rachel at the front desk. All staff were very pleasant & welcoming. Rooms are spacious & well appointed. Great views of the lake & city. Bonus points for bring connected to PATH, the underground network that assists you in traveling thru downtown effortlessly."

"The rooftop bar was amazing? The location was great! The room was old and musty smelling. The carpet was wet and the floors felt uneven. The beds were comfortable! There weren’t enough elevators to support the volume of guests. The valet parking was very expensive compared to other hotels. The DJ in the main lobby was amazing and the lobby vibes were good! Gino’s pizza next door was great!"

"We regularly stay at the Chelsea. The rooms are modern and the beds are very comfortable. The location is central; good for walking or taking a streetcar. The pool and exercise areas are wonderful. The staff are always helpful. For example, this trip, in late Spring, it was rainy and chilly. I was cold at night. The staff provided us with a space heater. We are looking forward to the Market being reopened."

"Some rooms are quite dated. I had to move rooms as there was the lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke coming from the in-room HVAC. Was upgraded to another newer room, but the beds were not comfortable. I travel a lot of for business and have stayed at many fairmont hotels, most recently Chateau Laurier in Ottawa which was better than this in service and comfort. Maybe I just had bad luck."
