"Our room was large and spacious as requested. Everything was clean and cozy. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The hotel was overall in great shape considering its age , location and continual use. The only issue was for Chi marathon weekend only one elevator was working which caused a huge issue trying to go up to your room or down to the lobby. At one point I waited over 10 minutes to get down to the lobby from the 7th floor. That was a hassle."

"We stayed in a Falls View Suite. We had a big king bed and a whirlpool tub. We had a good view of the Horseshoe Falls and a partial view of the other falls. The staff was very attentive to any questions we had. Check-in was a breeze, even though it was a bit crowded. We dined at the Brazilian Steak House, and it was excellent! The food was fresh, and the meats served were tender and flavorful. We also dined at the Water Mark. The views of both falls were spectacular! The food was fresh and tasty. The pool area was nice, and the hot tub was relaxing. The pool area also has a great view of the falls. My husband went there to watch the fireworks. The Casino is across the street, and you can walk down to the falls from the Hilton. All attractions are within walking distance. We would stay here again."

"Everything about this place was amazing. Very clean room a variety of bars of course it was in a casino. We do not gamble, but the rate of the room was very reasonable and we had access to food when we wanted it inside the hotel or we could walk outside. Very safe to walk outside at night we enjoyed that a lot. We actually walked down to Niagara Falls from our room and saw the lights in the fireworks and it was just amazing. I can’t say enough about it. If you like gambling, that’s all the gambling you want there. Saturday night there was actually live music from Isaac. He was a contestant on American Idol. It was really good country music."

"Convenient location, easy parking, very good value for money. The building itself is starting to show its age. The main lobby and entrance are well-kept, but the architecture is from the era when room corridors were only 7-8 foot ceilings, not the high ceilings that are more common now. The room was spacious and clean. The door and bathroom were a bit older in style and decor, but not a problem. Was nice to have a functioning balcony. Air conditioner was an older model - effective, but noisy. Didn't get to try the restaurant or bar, as this was a work trip and we ate out with the team. While you can certainly find nicer hotels in the city, they are also priced accordingly. So it mainly comes down to how much you are willing to spend. Other colleagues spent 3-4x as much at a different hotel and had nicer rooms, but I was fine with my choice and very happy with the price."
