"Can't enter your room until 4pm. We arrived around 330 and found a fairly long line of other customers trying to sign in. The hotel did have a reasonable amount of staff working to try and handle the backlog. Was told I would get a text when my room was ready. At 420 I went to the priority desk to see what was happening. Clerk seemed to have some issues trying to get me set up. Eventually I was given my room keys and headed to the room. Room was nice but the mini bar was warm. Not sure who checks to see that it is functioning properly. Also great view of the CN tower out of one window that was clean. The other window looked muddy after a rain storm. Again not sure who is checking the obvious."

"Very nice hotel near the airport. Rooms were recently updated and looked great. Walkable to restaurants, shops, and activities. Shuttle service to airport was very efficient."

"I have stayed here multiple times now and it is nice. Last stay in particular was great, as we had a corner room with lots of windows. Nice more affordable stay with spacious rooms, just a bit outdated, but nothing crazy."

"Our stay at Niagra Falls Marriott on the Falls was absolutely fabulous. We opted to upgrade our King Falls View room to a suite for a nominal fee, and we did not regret the decision at all. The entire front portion of the suite was ceiling to floor windows with, of course, an unobstructed view of the American and Canadian Horseshoe Falls. The suite also contained a small kitchen and dining area, whirlpool tub and shower, and separate bedroom you could close off, but it also had a window to view the Falls from the bedroom! The suite was very clean. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. We ate at Milestones restaurant a few times and the food was very good. We also had drinks at the bar one evening and it had a nice, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers who wish to take advantage of the jaw-dropping views of the Falls at a reasonable price."
