"The hotel was nice but it was absolutely full with people. The front desk area, check-in area was very busy all day long. It took a while to get on an elevator due to crowds. Front staff was very nice and helpful. The Elm Tavern on main floor seemed like a good idea for a drink or snack, until you sat down. Of the 3 or 4 times we tried it, the service was horrible. The staff basically ignored us, never served our table, and if they did serve us, they never came back. We tried walking up to the bartender, to get our own drinks and he ignored us. They need either a manager or a new staff in this tavern. Terrible service."
