"The location is great for the Grapevine area, very close to the Mall and across the street from the DFW Hilton Conference Center. My room was very clean and spacious. However, I found the staff to be indifferent. For example, I'd frequently see them in the hallways and they'd rarely return "hello" or smile. The property itself is aging and could use a remodel. But overall it's a fine stay for Grapevine."
